A tasty spread that will remind you a bit the famous chocolate hazelnut one that we won't name but without the palm oil, emulsifier and flavouring! And here you have almost 2/3 of the jar of nuts, far more than the 13% you would find in the aforementioned!
This delicious Praliné is a traditional french recipe and is made with only 3 ingredients consisting in a mix of half roasted nuts (almonds & hazelnuts) and half caramel.
Stone-ground to a fine spread texture, this paste will delight your taste buds!
It is handmade in London by talented pastry chef Théo from Mada Mada with whom we are thrilled to be collaborating.
