Our box of 3 organic Kampot peppers includes pepper in all its variations: black, red and white as well as a mill with a stainless steel grinding system.
Black Pepper: Black pepper is first maturity green pepper that has dried. The intensity of this pepper comes from the piperine contained in the outer shell of the grain. Spicy, it has aromatic notes of mint and eucalyptus. It goes perfectly with meats, game, cheeses.
Red Pepper: Red pepper obtains this color when it is at maximum maturity. The seed is richer in sugar and is distinguished by its aromas of red fruits, it nevertheless retains its spiciness. The ideal companion for your desserts, chocolates and in seasonings.
White Pepper: Fully ripe, white pepper is red pepper from which the pericarp has been removed, which removes its spiciness. The remaining aromatic heart expresses extraordinary notes of fresh herbs and citrus. It will delicately perfume your fish, seafood and sauce.
