This delicious pistachio spread is a twist on the traditional french Praliné recipe usually made with almonds & hazelnuts.
Stone-ground to a fine spread texture, with a deep green hue and an intense pistachio flavour, this paste will delight your taste buds!
It is handmade in London by talented pastry chef Théo from Mada Mada, using only two ingredients: pistachios & caramel.

Preparation
To use as a spread on bread, scones, toasts, pancakes, waffles, crêpes etc. Add in your yogurt for a yummy twist. Fold it into whipped cream to make a silky pistachio filling for tarts and endless other pastry options.
